    For me, the hardest part of the low-carb diet was that I wanted crunchy foods, like chips and crackers. It wasn’t that I was craving the carbs as I just genuinely missed the texture. If I had a bad craving a few foods that helped me were crisp lettuce, fresh green peppers, cucumbers and really crispy bacon.
